— QuickOrg2 (com.necazsoftware.quickorg2)

QuickOrg2 is a personal finance app. Your financial data is stored only on your own device — Necaz Software has no servers, no accounts, and never receives your data. This page explains exactly what the app does and does not do with your information.

Who we are

QuickOrg2 ("the app") is developed and published by Necaz Software. If you have any questions about this policy or your privacy, contact us at necaz.software@gmail.com.

Data stored on your device

Everything you create in QuickOrg2 — funds, categories and subcategories, transactions, budgets, recurring transactions, and app settings — is stored locally on your device in an on-device database.

  • This data never leaves your device through the app, is never uploaded to us, and is not shared with any server operated by Necaz Software.
  • We do not have accounts or sign-in. We cannot see, access, or recover your data.
  • If you uninstall the app, its on-device data is removed by the operating system (your separately saved backups are not affected — see below).

Backups you create

The app lets you create backups of your data as files (JSON). These backups are written to a folder you choose yourself using your device's system folder picker, or shared by you through Android's share sheet.

  • Backup files stay entirely under your control, in the location you selected. Necaz Software does not receive, read, or store them.
  • The app only accesses the specific folder you grant it for backups — it does not read the rest of your files.
  • You are responsible for the security of backup files you export or share.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

QuickOrg2 shows ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob — acting as a third party — may collect and process certain information from your device, including your Advertising ID, device and ad-interaction data, and coarse technical information. This requires an internet connection.

Permissions the app uses

  • Internet / network access — used to load ads (AdMob) and to fetch exchange rates when you use currency features.
  • Notifications — used to remind you about recurring transactions, if you enable reminders.
  • Folder access you grant — used only to write and read your backups in the folder you pick. The app does not request broad access to all files on your device.

What we do not collect

  • No accounts, names, emails, or passwords.
  • No location data.
  • No contacts, photos, or access to files outside the backup folder you choose.
  • No analytics or usage tracking by Necaz Software. (Ad-related data is handled only by Google AdMob, as described above.)

Children's privacy

QuickOrg2 is a general-audience personal finance tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and control

  • You can permanently delete all app data at any time in Settings → Delete all data inside the app.
  • You can create, restore, or delete your own backups at any time.
  • You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device's system settings.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
